Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vormora uses to create, edit, host, and bill for business websites.

Information you provide

For email and password registration, we receive your email address and store a password hash rather than your password in plain text. For Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address and Google account identifier, but not your Google password. To build a website, you provide business details, contact information, images, and edit requests. You choose when to publish your business details and website content.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, generate and edit drafts, store uploaded media, publish your site when you ask us to, track credits and subscriptions, and protect the service. Publicly published pages show the business contact details and content you approve.

Service providers

Business descriptions, edit instructions, and image prompts are sent to our AI provider to generate website content and images. Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing; our service receives subscription identifiers and status. Hosting and database providers process information needed to deliver the service. Their own privacy notices describe their processing.

Cookies and technical data

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Requests to our service may also produce technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request time, needed to serve pages and maintain security.

Your choices and questions

You can edit a draft before publishing and decide when changes go live. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, email martinsmith727725@gmail.com. If you visit a customer website hosted by Vormora, contact that business about information you send directly to it.
